Thank you Piccadilly Inn Hotels for sponsoring our Network at Night Vendor Mixer on March 16th. Those who attended had the opportunity to pick up their copy of the handbook & complimentary admission tickets, enjoy scrumptious appetizers and beverages, and network with the Special Events Committee and other Network at Night sponsors and exhibitors. We got to meet each other, have some great conversations, and ask questions about the event.

FAQ
All pertinent information is included in the handbook above, but here are some quick answers:
- When can I set up? Set up is Thursday, March 26th, between NOON and 4pm. Your booth set up must be completed by 4pm, and the loading dock doors will LOCK at 4pm. You may use the "loading zone" areas to unload and reload only (East Side of Valdez Hall, loading dock). Parking is available for $7. Exhibitors are not exempt from parking fees.
- How many people can work in my booth? EVERYONE in the building after 4pm will need an entrance ticket, including exhibitors. There is no limit to how many people who can work in your booth, as long as they have a ticket. You will be provided complimentary admittance tickets according to your sponsorship package. (Regular booths get 3, Silver Sponsors get 5, Gold Sponsors get 10, Platinum Sponsors get 15) You can give extras to customers or whoever you like.
If you need additional tickets, you can purchase them at the door, or call the Network Office (559) 450-2102. Admittance tickets are $5 each. As a vendor, you may purchase them at a special discounted price of 12 for $50.
- When will I receive my booth #? You will receive a packet when you check in on March 26th. You will receive your booth # at that time
- Who do I call with questions about my booth registration? Divonna Swan (559) 436-4418
- What if I need an extra table? Extra tables are available day of the event at the Convention Center for an additional charge. Please make your request known to Divonna Swan before 2 pm during setup. Payment must be made to Fresno Women’s Network at the time the table is requested.
- Is there an electrical supply in my booth? One 500 watt electrical outlet can be made available if request and payment are received at the Fresno Women’s Network office prior to 3/20/09. Check your copy of the registration form to see if you already requested it, or contact Divonna Swan.
- I’d like to donate an item for the Scholarship Raffle. Who do I contact? Please call Caroline Pendola at (559) 908-8405. Item must be received by March 20th to be included in the event program
